This apartment is on the 2nd floor of the main house - here on the 2nd floor there are two separate apartments and on the ground floor there is the staircase, the shared sanitary facilities and my office. In summer, a mobile radiator is available if needed. • Internet: EU-funded Internet is available free of charge throughout the village (registration on the EU website is required - you will be shown as "EU-funded Internet" in the Wi-Fi search). • Tourist tax: The booking price INCLUDES tourist tax. This means that we pass on €2.50 per person/night as a tax to the municipality. As a calculation example: 2 people × 3 nights = €15 tax. All you have to do is fill out the guest note that is in the apartment. We pay this tourist tax. ☝️🤓 Please consider this 'objectively' when rating hosts. • Parking: 1 parking space directly at the house, free of charge - of course only if there is a parking space there. There is only toilet paper. ➡️ The cost and location of the property are correctly stated in the listing. ➡️ The 1st floor of the main house is also used by other guests, so there will always be noise because we are here at a campsite. ➡️ No TV ➡️ Wi-Fi is available free of charge via EU-funded Internet - this is displayed directly on the mobile phone to everyone in the municipality (i.e. throughout the local area). ➡️ Pull out sofa for more than 2 guests (bed linen in the sofa compartment). ➡️ Use the up-flush toilet only for feces; dispose of hygiene items only in the trash can (the bucket is next to the toilet). Guest access 👉 The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the main house on our campsite. 📌 On the ground floor there are separate bathrooms for camping and bathing guests. You and your friends are welcome to use these bathrooms if you want. 👉 24/7 access for our overnight guests to both natural ponds. 👉 After confirming your booking, we will send you all the important information and phone numbers. 👉 Just a few meters from the apartment is the restaurant "Campingstüberl," where you can enjoy coffee or breakfast on the terrace or have a good meal. 👉 We open the window before each check-in, in the course of cleaning! Therefore, it can happen that mosquitoes, flies or other animals common in nature come in through window gaps – they usually find their way out again on their own. Of course, we check the apartment one day before your arrival, but ask for your understanding if there is an insect in the room. Please do not kill it but give it freedom and help it out kindly. 👉 Heating: The apartment has central heating (in winter). Turn on the radiator when moving in or turn it off again if there is too much heat. In addition, a mobile radiator is available if you do not want to wait for the heat of the central heating. 👉 Washing machine: There is a washing machine in the building. Walk outside along the house – on the way to the garbage cans (at the back of the house) you will find a door. There you will find the machine, which you can conveniently operate with coins directly on the machine. 👉 Trash cans are behind the building. Before you leave, please dispose of all food scraps in the bins located outside behind the house. Other things to note The property is located in Styria near the "Freizeitteichen Seebach in Aflenz," which invite you to swim and have a nice time in every phase of the moon in every season.
