Through main (middle) living room has a second workstation, small sofa, 55" Smart TV, and vinyl flooring that opens up into the huge kitchen, with a half bathroom off the kitchen. The large kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots & pans, cutting boards, mixing bowls, baking dish, sheet pan, and every utensil gadget to make great meals! We also provide an automatic espresso machine, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, rice/slow cooker, gas range, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and a side-by-side refrigerator with filtered water/ice. Just off the kitchen is a half bathroom, and back door leading through an enclosed back porch out to the driveway. The bedrooms, main bathroom, and laundry room are upstairs. Both bedrooms have queen beds with white linens, closet, dresser, luggage rack, mirror, nightstands with charging stations, room darkening blinds, ceiling fans, and ductless AC/Heat. The larger bedroom includes a desk/workstation. The bathroom is AMAZING with a deep soak bathtub, separate rain shower, double vanity, and smart electric baseboard heater. The upstairs laundry room features a front load Samsung washer/dryer, full size ironing board, steam iron, and a locked supply closet for our housekeeping team. Both furnished rentals are set up for traveling professionals, 30 day minimum stays, so you can feel confident that your neighbors are like-minded and respectful. Pet Policy: While we understand the love and companionship pets bring, we kindly request that guests seek approval from their furry friends before booking. To maintain a serene environment, preference is given to pets beyond the puppy stage. Guest access Entire house is yours to enjoy, except the attic and basement. This is one side of a corner duplex home. Each unit has a separate street address, separate front door, separate back door, and includes one car space per unit in the driveway. Other things to note Guests are expected to clean up after themselves like normal and leave the home in the condition in which it was upon check-in. We do not charge cleaning fees and provide monthly complimentary light cleaning to maintain the overall cleanliness of the home.
