Guest access For Market and Pharmacy deliveries or nearby restaurants, you may ask for this info at the lobby. Other things to note Your stay includes normal electricity usage, including air conditioning at night. To avoid additional charges, we kindly ask that you turn off the air conditioning when leaving the property. As long as electricity is used responsibly, no extra charges will apply. --------------------------------------------------- For Long term stays. The electricity bill will be sent to the guest and needs to be paid. --------------------------------------------------- **Condominium Regulations:** • Guests checking in from Monday to Thursday must make a payment of **200 Dominican pesos** at the lobby to have unlimited access and monitoring of the common areas, hallways, and entry/exit points during their stay. This payment is completely separate from your reservation and does not benefit the property owner. • Guests checking in from Friday to Sunday must make a payment of **500 Dominican pesos** at the lobby to have unlimited access and monitoring of the common areas, hallways, and entry/exit points during their stay. This payment is completely separate from your reservation and does not benefit the property owner. **Payments:** Payments can be made **24 hours a day at the lobby**, either by card or cash. If a wristband is lost during the stay, **no replacement fee will be charged**. However, we kindly ask guests to take care of the wristband.
