The waterfront location on the Kalamazoo River allows you to bring your own kayak or canoe for a leisurely paddle. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and picturesque views of the Kalamazoo River including the endless parade of boats during the summer months. Two comfortable guest bedrooms are located on the main level. Additional sleeping accommodation can be found in the main level living space with two sofa sleepers. For ease and convenience, there is one full bathroom on each level, each with a walk-in shower. Stay connected while visiting our beautiful area with wireless internet and enjoy entertainment on the Smart TVs. The four-season sunroom is a great place to curl up and watch a movie at the end of the day. Conveniently located, you’re just a short walk away from Lake Michigan at Oval Beach, as well as Mt. Baldhead for hiking and a bird's eye view of town. Or stroll to the historic chain ferry for a delightful journey into downtown Saugatuck. If driving is more your speed, you can explore the nearby towns of Saugatuck, Douglas, Fennville, Glenn, South Haven, and Holland within minutes. Your dream getaway awaits in this well-appointed home, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure in a picturesque setting. Please Note:  There is no central air conditioning, but there are two mini split units to keep the home cool during the warm summer months. During the winter months, there is baseboard central heating to keep you warm.  This property has two exterior security cameras: one facing the driveway and fire pit, and another facing the main level entry door. Both are motion-activated and record video and audio. The waterfront is beautiful and you'll enjoy full views of the endless parade of boats. You can bring a kayak or canoe to toss in the water. There is no boat dock. The TVs are all smart so you can log in to your favorite apps. There is no cable service available.  The four-season porch does not have direct heating/cooling. You can use this room year-round but will need to leave the doors open for the heating/cooling to reach.
