Renovated ground-floor creative space w/patio

You'll have a great time at this comfortable, bright and airy place to stay in San Telmo. This 180 sq meter apartment boasts high ceilings (over 4m), a lovely patio, a glass enclosed loft, and a large storefront window (with a storefront metal curtain) that combines light, privacy and safety. We recently built a new kitchen and laundry room, and repainted the bedroom and living room. If you are looking for an inspiring place to stay, rest or work, you will enjoy staying at Casa Tacuari! The space This ground floor apartment is perfect for creatives. Light, airy, and cool, it combines homeliness with a bit of an industrial feel. It welcomes you into a vast, bright space with a glass enclosed loft: a perfect place to work or relax. The main space has a lovely, bright yellow floor, a large table (to work, dine or entertain), 6 chairs with a newly built kitchen at the back. Opening onto the patio, fully equipped, and designed by an architect, the kitchen combines wood countertops, stainless steel and white accents. All new appliances, except for the fridge. There are two vast rooms to the side, freshly painted. The bedroom opens onto to the patio and features a new eco friendly Queen-size bed with new sheets and comforter. It communicates the other room, which can serve as a second bedroom or a living room (it has a new double-size sofa bed). The new, small, space-efficient laundry room, also designed by the architect, has a new washing machine and all the cleaning products you may need. The small bathroom has a bidet, a toilet, and a shower. You will love this space for its unusual layout, its light and air, the lovely plant-filled patio, and its generous rooms. Guest access You will have sole access to the entire space. We live upstairs when we are in Buenos Aires. There are separate entrances and each apartment enjoys complete privacy. Other things to note The space is strictly non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or on the patio.
