We are in front of the famous Vila Salga restaurant, perfect for weddings and beach events, and close to incredible beaches such as Praia do Pinto and Pedra do Sino. With easy access to restaurants, markets and the historic center of Ilhabela (10 minutes by car), our house combines comfort and a privileged location for unforgettable moments! The space Settle into two cozy bedrooms on the second floor, both equipped with a fan, air-conditioning and an incredible view of the sea, ideal for resting and recharging. The bathroom is spacious, modern and fully equipped for your convenience. On the first floor, enjoy a comfortable living room with a 42-inch Smart TV, perfect for leisure time. The full kitchen, with stove, refrigerator and utensils, also offers a sea view, making any meal even more special. Relax on the terrace while taking in the unique landscape of Ilhabela. In addition, the house has a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer, as well as a clothesline, ensuring practicality during your stay. The house has 110V and 220V voltage, properly signaled for greater security. Important information! • Bedding is included for the duration of the stay. • We provide swimwear according to the number of guests (we do not provide extra towels). •Important: The house accommodates up to 5 people and has 2 double bedrooms, each with a double bed. In the master bedroom, which overlooks the sea, there is also a low single bed. We do not provide extra mattresses. Guest access Our house offers all the comforts for a cozy stay. Access is slightly uphill, easy to get around. We offer a parking space and, for a second vehicle, there is secure street parking, ensuring your peace of mind. Other things to note House Rules: - We ask that all guests respect the neighbors' home and space. - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. - Pets are welcome for an additional fee. Check-in and Check-out: - Check-in anytime after 3 p.m. - Check-out must be completed by 11 a.m. Housekeeping and Maintenance: - The house is cleaned before your arrival. We ask that guests keep the space organized during their stay. - Any damage or incident must be reported immediately. Personal Items: - We do not provide extra towels. We recommend that guests bring their own beach towels and sunscreen. - We are not responsible for items left in the house after check-out. Weather Conditions: - Ilhabela has a tropical climate; we suggest that guests bring light clothing, as well as a sweater for the cooler nights. Emergency Information: - In case of emergency, there is a Basic Health Unit (UBS) nearby, in addition to the Mário Covas Hospital, which offers urgent and emergency care. Transportation : - We recommend that guests use a car, as some attractions are distant and public transportation can be limited.
