Just a 20 minute drive to Stratford and the Stratford Festival Theatre, half hour to either Grand Bend or Blythe We are right in the midst of amazing world class and delightful local theatre and a pleasant drive to the beaches of Lake Huron. You’ll find our home a welcoming home back home in small town Ontario for family celebrations, sport events or business endevours in Perth County. The space Spacious and bright , our three bedroom home is equipped with modern amenities like fast wifi , bluetooth speakers, upgraded appliances and furnishings to make your stay both comfortable and efficient. The outdoor gardens and patio are a perfect spot to unwind , complete with seasonal BBQ and play space for the littles! In winter, your family will enjoy being almost next door to the town toboggan hill and just up the street from the nature trail. Whether preparing for a special family event, sports outing or just a day of touring the local area, you will appreciate the calm and peaceful energy this beautiful house holds. Gather the family in our well equipped kitchen space for a meal or sip a cool beverage together on the porch swing. Kick back at the end of the day in our lounge area or enjoy our smart tv using the Roku provided. When you’re ready to call it a day snuggle in to your bed with Endy mattress and fresh,cotton linens. Guest access Guests enjoy access to all main floor and upper level rooms. Outdoor patio, covered porch, main floor bathroom, kitchen / dining area, lounge, home office, living room, 3 bedrooms, 4 pc upper bath and yoga/meditation room. The basement level is reserved for our personal use.
