Large and comfortable apartment located 500 meters from the sea and a few minutes from the Sestri Levante train station. Less than 1 km away from the historic centre, the accommodation is ideal for your holidays in the Ligurian town and for visiting the nearby towns of the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond, such as Santa Margherita and Portofino, Moneglia, Levanto up to the reachable Cinque Terre in less than an hour. Wi-Fi, air conditioning and private parking will be available for you. The space Apartment located on the third and top floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift. Upon entering you will immediately find yourself in a large living area where you can relax on a comfortable sofa watching television. Continuing, separated from the room, there is the kitchen, modern and equipped with everything you may need to prepare and consume meals during your stay: induction hob, fridge and freezer, oven, kitchen utensils, crockery and dining table . Here you will also find a washing machine. There are two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed for a total of four beds. In one room you will also find a wardrobe and a French window which provides access to the balcony of the house, while in the second there is a clothes hanger. Finally there is a bathroom complete with toilet and shower. Bedroom and bathroom linen is provided by us based on the number of people in the booking and is included in the price. The house is equipped with private parking inside the courtyard at the back of the building. Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available inside the accommodation, which can also be used as heating in winter mode in the colder months. Pets are allowed for a surcharge. You will be given instructions for the days of rubbish collection which is carried out door to door. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment, which is rented entirely, with no shared spaces. The building entrance and parking area are shared with other guests/tenants. We therefore ask that you respect the neighbors by limiting noise inside and outside the apartment after 10:00 PM and by parking your car in the designated spot, without using other parking spaces or obstructing other people's access. ATTENTION: we point out the need to face stairs to reach the entrance to the house which could create difficulties for elderly people and/or people with mobility difficulties. Other things to note ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of tax receipt so if you are traveling for work, before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Airbnb booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax In the period from 1 March to 31 October, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of €1/day per person (up to 7 nights) which will be collected separately. 2) Additional people compared to those declared: we usually ask for 20 euros per night for each additional person. 3) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM €30 to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 6-8 pm or early check in before 3 pm). FOR LATER ENTRY TIMES, IF POSSIBLE FOR US TO ORGANIZE, THE AMOUNT WILL BE HIGHER. 4) Small and medium-sized pets are accepted with a surcharge of €5 per night per pet. OPTIONS FOR GETTING TO THE HOUSE By car, along the A12 motorway with exit at Sestri Levante. Travel by public transport From all Milan airports you can use the shuttle buses connecting to the Central Station which operate in each terminal approximately every half hour. Numerous regional or intercity trains depart from the Central Station towards Genoa-La Spezia, stopping in Sestri Levante (approximately two and a half hours' journey). Sestri train station is about 500 meters from the apartment. From Pisa Galilei airport Less than 40 meters from the Passenger Terminal, the new fully automatic and fast People Mover connection is active, with shuttles that directly connect the airport to Pisa Central Station. Operating every day from 6:00 to 24:00 (approximately 5 minute journey) From there it is possible to take a regional or intercity train towards Genoa with a stop in Sestri Levante (an hour and a half journey with intercity, two and a half with regional trains). Sestri train station is about 500 meters from the apartment. From Colombo airport in Genoa With the VolaBus shuttle bus stopping outside the Arrivals area you can get to Genoa Piazza Principe train station in about 30 minutes. The service runs every day, with a ride approximately every 40 minutes. ticket costs 6 euros one way (12 euros return) and is also valid for 60 minutes on all routes on the AMT network. Children up to 4 years travel for free. Numerous regional or intercity trains depart from Principe station towards La Spezia with a stop in Sestri Levante (fifty minute journey with intercity / approximately an hour and twenty with regional trains).
