Each guest more pays 92 USD per person per night extra. Till a maximum of 18 guests. If you want the townhouse as well, there can 4 guests sleep, at 400 USD a night extra for all 4 guests. A professional team with a personal chef, maids, caretaker, and personal driver included. And electricity as well included. In total 22 guests can sleep. In the main villa all bedrooms have AC and private bathroom. AC also in the large main salon. The townhouse has 2 bedrooms with AC and with a shared bathroom. Large covered terrace and large garden which touches the beach and the river. Pool area. Bedroom 8 and 9 are the bedrooms in the townhouse/guesthouse, which costs extra. 400 USD a night extra. 24/7 electricity with generator when there is a blckout.
