This unique place has a style all its own. On the edge of this iconic little old west town, acclaimed for its food and wine. Two bedrooms and two baths. Restoring this 1940’s house has been my passion. Original wood and Saltillo tile floors, Mission style doors, and craftsman style kitchen provide a warm, inviting atmosphere. Baths designed to gussy up for the big event. Stare at the stars from the hot tub or watch the game from the live edge cedar bar. A five minute walk to Bell Street The space The property sits on the edge of town with a view of the hills. There is no air conditioning, however, the weather is amazing and when it gets warm, just open the windows and let the breeze come through. Saltillo tile and original wood floors keep the house cool. There is central heating which works well in the winter time. Both bedrooms have queen beds. The bathrooms are spacious, designed with gals getting ready for special events like weddings in mind. Spend the evenings looking at the stars with a glass of wine in the hot tub, or catch the game on the big screen TV. There is a washer and dryer and hat rack in the laundry room. The neighborhood is very quiet. Guest access Guests have the entire home, backyard and patio to themselves. There is a large driveway to park up to two vehicles. This is my home, however, my promise to you is that you have the entire home, yard and patio for your exclusive use while you are here. There will be no clothes in your closets or dressers. The house will be clean and comfortable. I designed this home specifically with a homestay in mind. Other things to note The house is my residence and I live there when I'm not hosting. I play guitar, so there will likely be a guitar or two around, feel free to play them. Some of the kitchen ware, such as the coffee mugs, are very special to me. I would like my guests to enjoy these things, but please respect them and take care of them.
