Located in the center of Valencia and only 15 min from the beach by taxi and 3 min walk to the main square placa de La Reina. = 1 king size double bed (160x200), PRIVATE en-suite bathroom, = dinning area / work space = kitchen /living room = coffee /hair dryer = smartTV /Netflix = WiFi / AC The space Our beautiful home is completely new renovated. Amazing located in the center of Valencia you have the chance to enjoy your stay in our high standard flat. You will have your own amazing private en-suite bathroom. The living room and the kitchen you will share with me or another guest. Your bedroom has a comfortable new queen size double bed, fresh bedsheets, a closet and a private desk. Our living room has a comfortable sofa, a table for dinner and a smart TV. You are more than welcome to enjoy the space and the huge Kitchen. The bathroom is entirely private and en-suite. Fresh towels, hairdryer and body soap are some of the highlights. The kitchen is completely equipped. You will find everything necessary to cook your own meals. :-). Of course you have free access to a washing machine and dryer and as well WIFI. you have a key to lock your room for any kind of privacy. Guest access Private room with inside private bathroom. The rest of our flat is shared with me or another guest. Kitchen and living room is shared! Fresh bedsheets and towels will be provided for you! Access to public transport within 5 min walk (metro,bus,taxi). Airport is around 25 min by public transport. The main train station is more or less 10 minute walking away. During your stay I will be available if you need me. Other things to note Informations / extra service / others - the elevator is quite small, if any possible please travel light - strong wifi connection - check out latest at 12:00 - check in between 16:00 and 22:00 - if you plan to arrive later then 22:00 please let us know before booking so we can see if we can arrange something. !! For an extra fee we can arrange cleaning during your stay. Please let us know in time and we will be happy to arrange it for you !! !! We usually can arrange that you can leave your luggage before check in and or that you can leave your luggage after check out. As well please let us know in time so we can see if possible or not. !!
