You have one neighbor to the left of the house. The house is comprised of the following. Basement: Area for children to play, washer/dryer, full bathroom 1st Floor: Living room, dining room, kitchen, access to the enclosed yard. 2nd Floor: Master BDR (king bed) with ensuite full bathroom, 2nd and 3rd bedroom (each queen beds) with shared full bathroom in the hallway. 3rd Floor: Bedroom with bunkbeds, full bathroom, dedicated workspace Guest access Smoking: Smoking is not permitted within the apartment in any form. If it turns out that smoking was taking place in your flat during the time you were renting it, you will be charged $300 in penalties.
