The Exploration Green Townhome is located close to NASA, UHCL, Armand Bayou Nature Center, Kemah, Galveston, and Moody Gardens. The house features 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms, living and dining room as well as a kitchen and outside courtyard. The house has been completely remodeled and has all new furniture. High speed internet is available for our guests, including (2) smart TVs The space As you enter the house you will find yourself in the living room having a leather couch set and 58” smart TV. The living room connects you to the stairs on one side and the living room / kitchen on the other. As you walk towards the dining room, you will find a half bathroom to your left. The table in the dining room easily fits 6 people and the kitchen features all stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, electric oven / stove and dish-washer. 1/2 bathroom and a separate room with washer / dryer are available as well. The enclosed courtyard in the back of the property features a small table with 4 chairs. From the living room, you access the stairs to the second floor. The Master Bedroom features a king-size bed, closet and 50” smart TV. The second bedroom has a full-size bunk bed. This house has been remodeled with all new furniture. Guest access The house is located in the heart of Clear Lake City, TX. It has a 2 car garage at the back of the property.
