Exeter country store is 1 mile away and features a full restaurant/diner and some of the best pizza around. Located on an ATV access route The space Single bedroom with a queen bed and a 55 inch tv connected to an Xbox One S. Theirs a pullout couch in the living room area with another queen sized bed. The kitchen table folds down and makes a bed from the cushions. Everything works perfectly inside and out of the camper, fully hooked to electricity and water. Very hot full sized shower, bathroom with flushing toilet and bathroom sink. Trailer is on a lot with two other rental units and you get the whole camper all to yourself.
