The space First story hosts one queen bed, additional twin trundle bed. Includes private access, full bathroom with bathtub, and laundry access with washer and dryer available for guest use. The garage has been converted into a unique game room with plenty of activities & a full size arcade system. Second story consists of a great room with open floor plan, brand new queen pull out sofa bed (currently not available for use as of 12/12/24- awaiting a replacement piece but couch is fine) Also- a large entertainment center storing air mattresses, fresh linens & table games. This floor also provides guests with a full kitchen, stainless steel appliances and balcony access. Third floor provides master bedroom with a California King and optional queen Murphy bed. Prior set up available by host with requesting day prior to check in otherwise linens and blankets are stored below for use. This is perfect for families with small children & friends comfortable sharing a larger space. Master also boasts a full bathroom which includes dual vanity and stand-alone shower. Additional accommodation includes a closet conversion with twin bed known as the tiki bedroom. Rooftop deck access and workstation also on the third floor. Please note this home has 4 flights of stairs granting privacy between 1st and 3rd floor bedrooms. The brand-new rooftop deck hosts beautiful views of San Diego's skyline and welcoming firepit & lounge chairs. We ask you are considerate of quiet hours beginning at 10pm daily on balcony and rooftop respecting our neighbors until 7am. Your hosts have truly put their hearts and soul in to renovating this unique property for guest's premier homely experience. They hope and strive for the 'home away from home' atmosphere to be felt throughout the stay! **Lastly, we anticipate our garage conversion to a full game room to be completed in early July which will include a 9 ft shuffleboard, deluxe arcade machine and more!** (Pricing will reflect new space once available) Guest access Guests will have a peaceful experience with access to the entire 3 story home along with newly renovated rooftop deck boasting 360-degree views of downtown! Please note outside cameras are installed for guests' safety and security which is our highest priority. The area is very safe and is not located directly on the street granting seclusion and privacy during your stay. Other things to note Due to space limitations & HOA policies guests are unable to utilize the garage space for parking. As a Free Parking alternative, we offer 2x guest passes enabling you to park your vehicles in the surrounding area residential area "Zone-F" for unlimited duration. Additional street parking is easily accessible. Hosts highly suggest not driving in to the quad area to load/unload and guests do so at own risk as it is not vehicle friendly. Please note the 4th floor stairs are steep and require guests to maintain 3 points of contact at all times. Guests are to use safety precautions and only utilize this floor with its amenities to one's own risk and sensibility. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult on rooftop at all times.
