Florida’s warm climate means ants, spiders, cockroaches, and mosquitoes are common in Cape Coral. To prevent them from entering, please keep windows and doors closed, and avoid leaving food out. We maintain a pest-free home with regular pest control service, but if you notice any issues, let us know and we’ll promptly address them. For the safety and security of guests and the property, there is an outdoor security camera facing the driveway. This is only reviewed if necessary and is not monitored continuously to respect guest privacy. The thermostat is set to remain between 70°F and 78°F for comfort.
