Welcome to No.70 – a beautifully restored one-bed in the heart of Margate. Set in a Grade II listed Georgian townhouse, the flat blends period charm with creative, contemporary design. We’re located smack bang between the Old Town and Cliftonville, and just a short walk from Margate’s golden sandy beach. The space A contemporary space, filled with natural light, designed to reflect Margate’s creative energy and rich heritage. Finished to a high-standard, with thoughtful touches throughout – think 100% cotton bed linens, kitchenwares collected from our travels across Europe, and a hand-curated guidebook sent to you ahead of each stay. We’ve lovingly built a space that we ourselves would feel at home in, with all the amenities you might need during your time here. And, quite crucially, located smack bang in the middle of all the wonderful things Margate has to offer. Other things to note Whilst we’ve set out to make the apartment a relaxing space, including by providing earplugs in the bedside drawer for a peaceful sleep, this is a Grade II listed property protected by strict building regulations. This means that we’re not permitted to make certain soundproofing changes that would be possible in a new-build property. So, regrettably our apartment may not be suitable for guests with high noise sensitivity. For further details, see the ’Things to Know’ > ‘Safety & Property' section at the very bottom of the listing. Trinity Square is a residential area, so we kindly ask that noise is kept down after 10pm, and that our neighbours are treated with friendliness and respect. For parking, we recommend using free on-street parking on nearby residential roads, or the paid Trinity Square carpark that’s a 1-minute walk from the flat.
