We can’t wait to welcome you to our charming annex in the heart of picturesque Stanwick. It’s a home from home with everything you’ll need for an stress-free getaway. Conveniently located just a few steps from the Duke of Wellington pub, 10 mins walk from the Stanwick Hotel, 20 mins walk from Stanwick Lakes for walking/biking, 6 mins drive from Rushden Lakes shopping. Village has a shop and post office and regular bus service. Property sleeps up to 4 (2 in bedroom plus 2 sofa beds in lounge) The space A self-contained bungalow consisting of entrance hall with coat rack, generous bedroom with king bed, step-free en-suite, full kitchen with dining table and spacious sitting room. We provide cooking utensils, foil, washing up liquid, salt and pepper, sauce sachets, cooking oil, and milk/bread on request. We also have shower gel, shampoo conditioner and soap. We would like you to leave our annex in the condition you would wish it find it in. Strictly no parties, strictly no smoking. Four adults is the absolute maximum capacity. Unfortunately outdoor space is not included in the listing and guests using the garden are not insured. Guest access Private access through double gates where you can park securely and enter the annex from the back garden Other things to note Access to the gated parking area is down a small private lane. It may be unsuitable for very low vehicles in which case alternative parking can be made available. Please note that use of outdoor space I.e. our private garden is not included. Therefore guests choosing to use the garden do so at their own risk and without insurance. ** If you wish to request a late check out please contact us as this is often possible** **An iron and ironing board available on request**
