There are two queen bedrooms and a queen pullout sofa bed in the living area. We offer a full kitchen, bathroom with shower, and free laundry facilities in the house. The house is situated on piers (second floor) with a breathtaking sunset view on the back deck. We’re located 23 miles from Jack Brooks Regional Airport (BPT), 10 miles from Sea Rim State Park and 13 miles from McFaddin Beach. **To maintain transparency, ensure understanding, and provide peace of mind for both parties, we ask that you carefully read our house rules before proceeding with your booking. The residence features two bedrooms, each equipped with a queen-sized bed, and a living area with a pull-out sleeper sofa. The maximum occupancy is strictly enforced, as the premises are not designed to accommodate additional guests. For stays exceeding two weeks, the residence will be cleaned on Mondays; there is a supplementary fee of $50 per week. To facilitate efficient cleaning, we kindly request that you organize and store your belongings accordingly to facilitate an efficient cleaning. It would be our pleasure to host you and your family; however, please be aware that we maintain a pet-free environment. Regrettably, our policy does not permit pets, and exceptions cannot be granted.
