Return home and challenge your friends to a great game of pool, and then relax in the jacuzzi. Entrance has a smart lock which allows you to enter and exit at your convenience. Code will be provided upon booking. Other things to note Pool table and pingpong table in home with a stand up arcade. We are 5 minutes from Shawnee for skiing and tubing. Indoor water parks (Camelback, Great Wolf or kalahari water parks) 20-30 minutes away. Many outdoor activities close to home. There is a park for the children behind the townhouse with charcoal grill as well as a propane grill on the premises that is available for you to use. Smithfield Beach is 15 minutes away from our location (6.7 miles away). 2 Parking spots are available right in front of our house, additional spots available directly before the mailbox and the light post on the right side. Located at the end of community loop. Please do not park in any other areas. No smoking permitted in the townhouse. Wood fire place available but you must bring wood. Community is great for friends and family.
