No rush, pick up a book and browse, Or wander down the street for a lazy bite to eat The space My unique handmade cottage is comfortable, quirky and “cool“ Ideal for a couple’s weekend getaway, staycation or home base to explore South Gippsland’s attractions. You will enter through the back porch, which includes hanging space, umbrellas if needed, and a place for wet boots. The washing machine and dryer are here in the Asian cabinet. Next is the bathroom with shower, those tiles, basin and the WC opens off it. Heat lamps above to take the chill off those cold mornings. Through the door to the main open plan room. First, a comfy queen-size bed, with a small wardrobe nearby. Around the corner you choose between the dining area, or the chairs by the pot belly heater, with books for browsing on hand. The kitchen area has a full-size fridge, microwave and gas stove. Necessary crockery, cutlery pots etc. are at hand The front terrace is accessed through the sliding glass door, it’s totally private. Guest access The entire house is yours, including the front terrace and also the surrounding yard, 2000sq meters in all, your privacy is assured. Both plunger and stove top coffee options are available. Ensure you stock up on your favorites before arrival, there is an IGA in Korrumburra, 10 minutes east. Longer stays We welcome stays of a week or more. To encourage you to stay for a longer , a 20% discount is offered on bookings of 5 week day or more.
