Welcome to L'escale de Courçon We would be happy to welcome you to this new 32 m2 house located in a quiet village. The space It is a cottage for 2 to 4 people, not suitable for children under 12 years old. It consists of a bedroom, bathroom with toilet and living room. You will appreciate its comfort and air conditioning. Outside, the 200 m² garden has a heated jacuzzi (5 people) available year-round as well as a heated saltwater pool available from June to mid-September. Perfect for relaxing after a day spent discovering our beautiful region, 4 deckchairs and an outdoor lounge are at your disposal. Several amenities: Wi-Fi and TV with Netflix. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Guests can enjoy meals at an indoor table as well as an outdoor table. The bedroom has a quality 160 double bed. A comfortable sofa bed is available in the living room for 2 additional adults if needed (extra charge per person). A separate bathroom with walk-in shower. The house also has a washing machine, and a clothes steamer. Cleaning, sheets and towels are included. Parking is available on site in a fully enclosed courtyard secured by an electric gate. The independent house is entirely reserved for tenants. Accommodation not suitable for people with disabilities.
