Unit 1701 Bel Sole is a beautiful corner unit with two balconies overlooking little Lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico. With beautiful views from of the area, this unit is sure to please. The master offers a king bed and beautiful views of the Gulf and large master bathroom. The second bedroom offers a king bed and views of the gulf and private bath. The third room offers a queen bed. This unit has three spacious bathrooms and large laundry room. The living room and kitchen area have beautiful floor to ceiling views of Little Lagoon. The living room also has a sleeper sofa. This unit gives you the best of both worlds! The property has much to offer, if you want the beach or the lagoon this property offers it all! After a day at the beach, you can enjoy fishing from the newly updated lighted pier. You can also take a swim in the heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, or outdoor hot tub. There is also a workout room for your enjoyment! When you are ready for the beach, you can enjoy the deeded beach access with private boardwalk to bask in the sun!
