3 minutes from Tenório Beach and 2 minutes from Itaguá Beach, this spacious house is close to everything you need. In less than a 10-minute walk you already have access to the main supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries and beaches (you won't need a car for practically anything). It is a very old rustic house, ideal for those who are not looking for luxury, however there are few places in the city with such a privileged location. The space ✦Location: The house is a simple space, however it has one of the best locations in the city, it is located in the Acaraú neighborhood, surrounded by the 3 noblest neighborhoods of Ubatuba, they are: Praia Grande, Itaguá and Tenório, two blocks from restaurants, pizzerias, cafeterias, bars, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies and gas stations. ✦Space: Accommodations for up to 7 people, there are 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms with 4 beds and 1 mattress, with bedroom 1 being an en-suite: with a double bed, bedroom 2: with a double bed and bedroom 3, which is on the mezzanine above bedroom 2 (accessed by the stairs): with two single beds and 1 mattress. It also has a barbecue area, dining table and garage for more than 2 cars. Inside, it has a Smart TV, Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, duplex refrigerator, stove, oven, etc. The house is rustic and very old, it does not have air-conditioning, however it is very well ventilated, it has ceiling and portable fans, ideal for those who are not looking for luxury but rather to enjoy the wonders of Ubatuba. ✦Beaches: You will be 3 minutes from Tenório Beach. To the left of Tenório Beach is Vermelha Beach in the Center and to the right is Praia Grande, both 5 minutes away. You will also be 2 minutes from the Itaguá Beach waterfront, where schooners depart for tours of the islands: Anchieta, Couves, Prumirim, Porcos and Cedro.
