You will be nestled within the Bars, sometimes with live music, restaurants & shops so will hear the noise/buzz of a central location & all Swanage has to offer. There is also a patio area to take in the views of the bay & private gated parking for your vehicle. A few minutes walk you will be at the main beach, everything is on your doorstep The space A comfortable second floor 2 bedroom apartment situated in the heart of Swanage . Recently renovated with a new kitchen and decoration , the main bedroom has a Super-king bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds . The bathroom offering a shower and also a bath. The kitchen has all the Normal amenities and also an air flyer for your convenience. The balcony offers you a place to sit and take in the spectacular views of Harrys Rocks, The Isle of Wight, Swanage Pier and beyond. If you want the same spectacular view but from a different angle you can enjoy the seating area on the premises to relax and look out to sea. As you are in the centre of Swanage you will hear the noise of the bars and restaurants. At the rear of the building there is a rotary line that can be used to help dry any beach towels and wetsuits etc. PLEASE NOTE :- You will need to provide your bathroom/beach towels when staying with us . Guest access You will access the property by gates requiring a code to enter , with a designated parking bay allocated. The entrance door to the apartments also has coded entry, with another exit bringing you out onto the waters edge . You will be able to obtain the key for the apartment via a key safe . A second key can be found in the lighthouse in the hallway, please return here when you leave . The train station and bus station is a 5-7 minute walk from the apartment. You are also close to Durlston Castle , Peveril point coast guard look out, Corfe castle, Corfe model Village, Wareham, Studland and many other places of interest and wonderful walking routes. Other things to note When staying with us , you will need to provide your OWN bath/beach towels for your stay. We appreciate this is not ideal , but is necessary to keep cleaning costs for our guest as low as possible as cleaning charges are high in seaside areas.
