Drive minutes to Florida’s stunning gulf coast beaches or simply stroll the coastline. Our three-bedroom and three-bathroom home is equipped with essential amenities and much more. Take a dip in our pool (heating available upon request) or relax as you sip on your favorite drink while soaking up the hot Florida sun. The space Villa Rotonda is a spacious renovated home lovingly designed with a pool for your enjoyment. Perfect for friends, families, and pets up to 9 guests. The fee for an extra guest is $100 USD per night, per person and pet fee is $100 USD for the entire stay per pet. There is no charge for official physical or psychiatric service dogs (PSDs). Kindly advise if you are bringing a PSD service dog for additional cleaning purposes. The house is secured with security cameras on the exterior perimeter of the house and a doorbell camera. The house is single-story open floor concept that combines a living room, dining room and kitchen with direct access to the pool plus a main bathroom leading to the pool. This bathroom has a tub/shower feature ideal for an after-pool shower. You will also find the laundry closet in this bathroom equipped with laundry detergent for your convenience. The living room is equipped with a sofa sleeper sectional, 4K television, blanket throws, and board games stored in the bottom right-side of the TV unit. The living room has tile flooring. You will enjoy the large master bedroom located on one side of the house featuring a king bed, walk-in closet, private in-suite bathroom, and direct access to the pool. The master bedroom has carpet flooring. Located on the opposite side of the house is a second bedroom with a queen size bed, dedicated working station, in-suite bathroom, and walk-in closet. This room has carpet flooring. Across from the second bedroom is a third bedroom with a twin and full-size bunk bed as well as a standard closet. This room is equipped with toys for kids and a playpen for babies. This room has carpet flooring. We have the perfect kitchen fully equipped with appliances. Also, Google Nest Hub is available in the kitchen should you want to play music. You can find a first aid kit in the drawers if needed for emergencies. The garage is equipped with household cleaning tools, bicycles, fishing rods, beach gear, and a dog playpen. No vehicle parking is allowed in the garage. For some fun under the hot Florida sun, ride bike and hit the trails at the Rotonda Community Park, take a dip in our pool (heating option available for $20 per day for a minimum of 1 week with 3 day notice prior to arrival) and relax on the patio chaises, or fire up the grill.
