A beautiful open floor plan makes this home great for entertaining. Enjoy a movie in the living room with 70" Smart TV on the infamous 'Cloud' couch with seating for 10+. Allow your children to enjoy their own space, off to the side there is a 2nd living room with TV, a great entertainment + play area for kids. Enjoy breakfast in the sunny eat in kitchen, fully enclosed in glass, with dining for 8 people + barstool seating for 3 that opens up into the main living room and outdoor patio. Over-sized master bedroom occupies the entire second floor. Master suite includes wall-mounted TV, king-sized bed, and his/hers closet. Large en-suite master bathroom with an over-sized tub for 2, a separate walk-in shower, and his/her sinks. Enjoy direct access to TWO roof decks - one a small private yoga deck, the second a large rooftop deck with a 6-person dining table and lounge chairs. Great for enjoying breakfast! The larger deck includes a custom spiral staircase leading down to the main deck and pool area. Bedroom 2 functions as a second master bedroom - located on the first floor and includes a king bed, large custom closets, and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in rain shower. Open the double glass sliding doors and step out directly to the deck and pool area. Bedroom 3 includes a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with full tub. Bedroom 4 includes a queen bed, with a bathroom only steps away. Dine outside or lay by the HEATED SALT WATER pool in the large backyard with a gas grill and fire pit. Please review them, and let us know if you have any questions. Check-in - We have an easy process for check-in and check-out. Check-in is at 4pm. Check-out - Check-out is at 11am. Guests must vacate the premises no later than 11am on the day ending the lease term. Parties/Entertainment - This is a residential neighborhood. We do not allow events, parties or large groups of any size. Refrain from making loud noises or playing loud music. Guests - No more than 8 guests are allowed at the home. This house is best suited for a family or 2 couples , not a large group of unrelated adults or a share home. Smoking - Smoking, vaping or drugs are not permitted anywhere on the property. Pets - No pets allowed. Pool - Pool is heated salt water and will be open for the entirety of the summer and is serviced weekly. Trash - The home has weekly trash pick-up service. Grill - We have an outdoor grill for you to enjoy with grilling tools.
