Cute little apartment in safe, quite neighborhood. Situated just off highway 11 , it is close to the Trussville Entertainment district and about 10 minutes from I59 which will take you to the airport or downtown Birmingham in about 20 minutes. The space This is a cozy little basement apartment, separate from main house. Self check in with keypad, private entrance and designated parking spot. Open plan living area with full kitchen and french doors leading out to paved patio with gas grill. One bedroom with queen bed and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. PLEASE NOTE, owners live on the property in the main house and will be available when needed. Guest access Guests will have the full apartment and patio to themselves. There is also a small private backyard for the guests use. Other things to note The apartment only has one bedroom, so ideally would be more suitable for a couple, but there is also a queen sleeper couch in the living room should there be 2 additional guests.
