This is a Studio style room that is attached to a single family home. It has its own private entrance and private bathroom. It has a garden view from some of the windows. The unit does share a wall with the single family home. If we have guests occupying the house during your stay you may hear the other guests. The property is minutes from Downtown Mendocino.
