There are two bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom downstairs. Upstairs is another bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchenette. The stairs to the second floor are steep. A laundry area is located under the stairs. There is a nice porch for sitting and taking in the community. Each living room has a sofa. There is also a futon in the downstairs living room and a twin mattress under the upstairs bed. Guest access This is a whole house listing so you have access to the whole house. No one else will be staying at the house. Other things to note This home is on a commercial street in a historic area. There are bars and restaurants very close. Occasionally there is street noise.
