Indoors, the generously equipped kitchen features essential appliances, dual sinks, and a separate ice maker. A smaller kitchen table offers a casual dining spot, while a desk and chair serve as a functional workspace. For laundry needs, there's a washing machine, dryer, and the option for line drying outdoors. The dining area showcases a long table with wooden chairs, ideal for group or family meals. The spacious living room provides entertainment with a TV offering local and international channels, or you can log into your Netflix account. Ample seating includes two comfortable three-seater sofas and armchairs. In the bedrooms, find supreme comfort with king-size beds, closets, nightstands, and private bathrooms. The first bedroom has a bathroom across the hallway which can double as the guest restroom. The second and main bedrooms both offer ensuite bathrooms. Each room comes with pillows, linens, towels, and individual air conditioning units. Please note, TVs are not provided in the bedrooms. Additionally, there's a versatile room that serves as a gym/office, equipped with a treadmill, free weights, exercise ball, and yoga mats. In this room, patio doors lead to a private patio, perfect for morning yoga sessions. This room also features a fridge and a work desk for remote work needs. Experience the perfect combination of comfort and functionality in this delightful oasis! Guests can enjoy full access to the entire house, including the pool and gardens. Please note that the shed is not accessible to guests. We reside close by, ensuring our availability for any assistance you might require during your stay. The neighborhood offers a safe and friendly environment, conveniently situated in the heart of the island. Just a few minutes' drive away, Countryside Shopping Centre provides access to a supermarket, pharmacy, liquor store, gym, bank, hardware store, Subway, and Pizza Hut. Nearby, Country Corner Plaza features a coffee shop, GNC, and dine-in restaurants, making errands and dining out incredibly convenient. The driveway offers two convenient parking spaces, and there's additional free off-road parking available. Renting a car is highly recommended to explore every corner of our picturesque island. The house is not child-proofed, so please supervise your children, especially near the pool. The pool is cleaned a day before check-in and weekly. Garden maintenance occurs every other week.
