Ideal for business travelers & holidaying couples looking for a beautiful, safe space to set up as base. Conveniently located 35min from ORTambo Airport, 2km from major highways, 8km from Menlyn Park, Menlyn Maine, Sun Arena & Time Square Casino, 5km from Struben Dam, & a quick drive to an array of restaurants. Your host is on hand to provide you with as much assistance (or privacy) as you need. The space Your room is part of my home, but entirely private, with it's own entrance. You also have an entrance from your room directly onto the beautiful garden - which you are welcome to enjoy. There is plenty of packing space for your belongings. Your room is set up with a coffee nook containing a microwave to heat up your take-aways. If you'd like to take care of your own meals off-site, there are many restaurants super-close by. There are also large shopping malls in close proximity. Guest access The entrance to your room opens directly onto my garden, which is home to a wide variety of bird-life. The room is lock-up-and-go, but if you'd like to have guests over, you'd be welcome to use our lounge given enough notice. The garden makes for a beautiful visiting-space too. The Wilgers Hospital is 3 km and The Grove Mall is 2 km away. During your stay It all depends on the guests If they want to socialize with me or if they prefer to be alone. I will be a phonecall away and in my part of the unit. Other things to note There is no bell at the entrance gate of 268 Rotsvygie Street, La Montagne, so on arrival, please call my cellphone number, and someone will be there to welcome you.
