Stay close to the beach but affordable?This mini studio is a great choice for 1 guest- or 2 guests if you are familiar with the small space. 5 mins driving to the beach & downtown. The suite has everything you may need for a trip: private entrance & bathroom, queen bed, window A/C, desk & chair , TV, Wifi, fridge, sofa bed, and more. ❌No smoking/420/drugs ✅1 car only ✅ Laundry is $5/ load ( please bring y detergent) ❌ No visitors/ No pets & animal (Pls read our house rules) The space - This Suite belongs to a Vacation Home with 4 separate units , each has prvt entrance and share the courtyard & laundry. Home is quiet, wall is no sound proof, you may hear others. ✅The house is crowded already & no parking. We only accept registered guests for staying here- please no visitors to avoid issues - The guest suite is well prepared , it has a private entrance and one spot street parking - Private bathroom with handheld shower & bath tub (the bathroom is small but still does its function well ) - Queen bed and day bed - Desk & chair - Kitchenette - 3.2 cubic fridge - Mini breakfast maker - Laundry is shared/ detergent is not provided) ( Time:7am-9pm everyday). In case laundry is not working, pls wait for fixing & there is no reimbursement for no laundry . 🛁 Bathroom is small ( still Full bathroom )- but it does work well ✔️ Home is good for adults . Kids and infants are welcome if they are quiet ✔️Home is peaceful , safe, pet free, smoking free, great for nurses, students, doctors, professionals etc ✅ Noise potential: - Window A/C - The neighborhood faces to busy streets with vehicles traveling 24/24, you may need earplugs ( we provide) - Next room noise (TV, music or talking) due to the thin walls *** KEYLESS entry , you have prvt code to come in . ✅Parking: please park as our instructions . Street parking only & pls bring only 1 car. ✅ Wild animals potential: You may see raccoons, possums, squirrels , coyotes.. in the areas or they may enter near the house. We are not allowed to kill wildlife. Please only contact us or City Animal Control so they will have professional service to relocate those animals. Thank you. ✅ Insects: house is surrounded by lots of trees. You may see bees, earwigs, spiders, ants in the garden and they may enter the house . We spray monthly but they may appear randomly. Pls be aware and consider before booking ✅ Service animal : WE RECOMMEND YOU TO PICK OTHER PLACES IF YOU GO WITH ANIMALS. In case you decide to book this place with your SA, Per our Orange County rental permit requirements, we request that you disclose if you are traveling with a Service Animal in the beginning, as we are required to provide a rabies vaccination record and county registration to the county of Orange. You will be asked to sign a supplemental terms and conditions agreement within 72 hours of booking. If we discover misrepresentation of a pet as a Service Animal, we reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately along with a charge of $500 that cover additional cleaning fee, among other. We’ll report fraudulent claims to government authorities. Please let us know AHEAD OF TIME if you need an assistance of a service animal so that we can arrange the booking accordingly. Last minute notice and/or disclosure is unacceptable. (It will be $500 fine - for violations. Pls help to keep QUIET anytime. 2/ We do not recommend our home for guests who find a place for hanging out, drinking, chatting and make noise in the night time. 3/ Pls park as our instructions 4/ There is street cleaning on the second and fourth Tuesday of every month, between 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Please make sure your car is not in streets during these time to avoid being ticketed! 5/ We offer wifi for text/ call , FB, and watching TV/ Youtube only. We don’t recommend our wifi for online conference or professional working. 6/ Long stays support: each stay will be gifted a welcome package: 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towel, coffee and snacks etc. Guests will have to buy themselves when needing more . 7/ There will be no incoming post office mails from guests allowed in the our home. Pls rent a postal office box or other options to receive your mails and packages there ($15-20/month). Amazon/Fedex/UPS and other package deliveries should be forwarded to the your mailbox rental as well. Only food delivery (Post-mate, Uber eats) are allowed. If we receive any un-authorized mails here at the house with your names, we will refuse them and it will be a ground for early termination without any refund or deposit back.
