Newly renovated room; located at the heart of a peaceful, clean, yet accessible town. ATM is located beside the property. The plaza, market, resorts, restaurants, churches, fire station, health center, and police station are all in walking distance. Please take note that this is just a room, there is no kitchen access. And this room is by the road and may hear noises like: dogs from neighbors and vehicles passing by. Main house- is located in front where the host lives. 4 bedrooms: 2 rooms upstairs is only accessible to the host. The two rooms downstairs are listed as STR: Spacious Underground Room 1 (which is this listing) and Spacious Underground Room 2 -The main house kitchen and dining room is inaccessible to guests. 2. Gray unit detached studio pad- long term rentals only. 3. Cozy Studio Pad; Brown unit detached- STR with private full functioning kitchen Guest access Rooms rented with own CR, common water dispenser right outside the rooms. Common areas accessible to all guests: outdoor gym, porch, main house living room, main house library, back yard garden and barbecue area, outdoor children’s playground. During your stay The owners lives in the main house located in-front and we are always available to answer calls and reply to messages from 8AM to 8PM. Open to receive text 24/7 although we might not read or reply right away beyond 8PM and before 8AM Other things to note For stays of 7 days or more, enjoy one complimentary cleaning service per week during your stay. Just let us know your preferred day and time each week, and we’ll gladly arrange it for you. Please take note that this is just a room, there is no kitchen access.
