Location The property is in a rural area about 5 minutes by car from the airport and from the city of Santa Cruz, where there are many restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarket, pharmacy and other services. The rocky beach in Santa Cruz is just 2 km away, the Aquapark Madeira is 3 km away and Machico sandy beach is about 7 km away. Nearby you can enjoy many outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking, diving and nautical activities. The property has access to the main roads, but some roads are steep and narrow. Remarks Cleaning is done before guests check in and there is a weekly maintenance cleaning, which includes the change of bed linen and towels. A car is recommended to this location. As some roads in Madeira and to access the house are steep and narrow, smaller vehicles with high ground clearance and powerful engines are recommended. The accommodation is in a rural area, but there is potential for noise from the airport and barking dogs in the neighbourhood. There are also insects in the vicinity that can be attracted by leftover food. There is a video surveillance camera outside near the entrance that does not cover private areas of the house. Conditions 1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited. 2.
