Welcome to our unique villa, with an exclusive 4500m2 plot of land, a large 11x6 meters pool, only 250m (3 minutes walk) from Playa de Palma. Our bright and modern house combines the essence of Mallorcan charm with elegant rustic decoration. Enjoy this special space, all of it on one level. Ideal for children. The space With capacity for up to 8 people (+1 baby), the house offers 4 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 single and 1 triple) and 3 bathrooms (2 of them en-suite). Also in the outdoor space next to the pool we have a bathroom with an outdoor shower. The living room is very spacious and bright. The modern kitchen (renovated in 2023) is fully equipped. All our bedrooms, the kitchen and the living-dining room have air conditioning (with both «cold» and «heat» mode). The porch of the house offers an outside dining room with views of the pool and has also a comfy chill-out area. The mattresses on all beds (including the one of the baby cot) are premium-quality. Our towels and bedding are 100% cotton. Welcome to all children! At a request of the guests we can provide protection for the pool (BabySecur safety fences). For the little ones we have a baby cot and high chair. In the house you will find board games for the whole family! Our rental concept is very family-oriented, or mostly suitable for groups of friends +40.
