The cottage ‘Refuge des Vaures’ is situated in the heart of the countryside, a 5-minute drive from the banks of the Allier. On the wooden terraces, in the shade of the trees, wake up to the sound of birdsong and watch the roe deer whilst enjoying your breakfast. Reconnect and recharge your batteries in an eco-friendly, natural setting, just 10 minutes from Vichy. The cottage is fully equipped for a get-together with family or friends with your pets. The space Outdoor areas • Fully enclosed • 2 parking spaces within the gîte grounds Ground floor • Fully fitted kitchen with dining area for 4 to 7 people • Cosy, open and light-filled living room with 3 sofas • Small bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom • Separate toilet with washbasin, accessible via the bedroom • Easy access to the shaded terrace at the rear of the gîte and the small enclosed garden First floor • Access via the staircase, which features a bookcase and a games cupboard • Two spacious and versatile bedrooms (choice of two twin beds or one king-size bed) • Large, light-filled bathroom with two washbasins, a walk-in shower, a washing machine and a nappy-changing table • Separate toilet • Children’s play area on the landing (drawing table, games) Guest access You have access to the entire property (ground floor and first floor) and its fenced-in grounds. For sports enthusiasts, the lean-to attached to the cottage is available for use (a sheltered, lockable area with an outside tap for washing your kit). Check-in at the cottage takes place in person between 5 pm and 8 pm.
