DOWNTOWN HOUSE - CLOSE TO THE BEACH

The house is very well located, a 5-minute walk from the beach, close to markets, pharmacies, bakery, various shops and the event square. Family and cozy atmosphere, with an airy balcony where you can find a barbecue area, with clean decor. Our living room has a smart TV with Netflix and youtube released. We have garage for one car and air-conditioning in all rooms. There are few kilometers of beaches such as: Maragogi, Antunes, Ponta de Mangue and Peroba. Other things to note Energy: The guest pays only for whatever they consume. On average, the daily rate ranges from 7.00 to 15.00 reais, depending on the consumption of each family. We accept up to two extra people as essentials, paying 30.00 per day for each person. Towels, bed liner, pillow and a double mattress will be offered for essentials. Amount by essentials will be charged on-site with cash payment.
