New, top-quality equipment is at your disposal: brand-new fitted kitchen, sofa, dining room, creation of a new bathroom and WC upstairs, beds, dressing rooms, all bed linen, bath linen and bedding... everything is new! The house is fully equipped for your stay: brand-new kitchen with everything you need, beds made up and bed linen provided, bathroom towels, shampoo, shower gel and hairdryer also provided. The bedding is anti-dust mite treated. All you have to do is put your suitcases down! The living room is large and open-plan, so you can spend time together indoors. It has plenty of natural light thanks to its many windows. Outside, behind the house you'll find a large garden with a football pitch, a petanque area, a WEBER barbecue and deckchairs.... There's also a large terrace where you can enjoy meals and socialising outdoors. Not overlooked. A pleasant, large garden to the front of the house, with a private driveway, where you can park your car free of charge. A charging station for electric vehicles is at your disposal. The house is away from the roadside. Ground floor: 1 entrance hall, 1 separate toilet, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (with double washbasin, shower and bath), 1 storeroom, 1 open-plan kitchen-dining-living room, 1 staircase leading to the garage and 1 staircase leading to the first floor. Upstairs: 1 spacious mezzanine with children's activity area, 4 bedrooms, 1 separate wc. >> a second bathroom is being created upstairs (in addition to the one available on the ground floor). AVAILABLE FOR NOVEMBER 2023. The house has 3 adult bedrooms, each with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a cot (60 x 120 cm) and a dressing room to store and organise all your belongings. The last two bedrooms each have 4 single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a dressing room. In the basement: 1 games room (table football, pool table, basketball hoop, table tennis, shooting target, etc.), 1 utility room for storing your bikes, kites, paddleboards, etc. Baby equipment is also available FREE OF CHARGE: 3 high chairs, 3 cots 60x120 cm, 1 cot, 1 bath, 2 pots, games, books. Rest, calm and conviviality reign in the neighbourhood. The street is in fact a cul-de-sac, with very little traffic, leading via a path surrounded by fields to the Abbaye woods. It's a very pleasant walk. Parties are not permitted in the accommodation. Smoking is not permitted inside the house or in the basement. Pet owners, please note that we are happy to accept your four-legged friends (at no extra charge). Please note that they are not allowed on sofas, armchairs or beds. Guest access All the rooms in the house and its entire exterior are available for your stay, with the exception of part of the basement.
