New, high-quality amenities are at your disposal: a brand-new fully equipped kitchen, sofa, dining room, a newly built bathroom and a toilet upstairs, the beds, the closets, all the bed linens, bath towels, and bedding... everything is brand new! Enjoy the utmost comfort. The house is fully equipped for your stay: - brand-new kitchen with everything you need provided - the beds are made and sheets are provided. In the bathroom, bath towels, shampoo, shower gel, and a hair dryer are also provided - the bedding is treated to prevent dust mites All you have to do is unpack your bags! The living area is spacious and open, perfect for cozy indoor gatherings. It’s very bright thanks to its many windows. Outside, behind the house, there is a large garden featuring: - a nordic bath - a pétanque court - a Weber barbecue - a soccer goal - lounge chairs As well as a large furnished patio, perfect for enjoying meals and socializing outdoors. No neighbors in sight. A pleasant, spacious garden at the front of the house features a private driveway where you can park your car for free. An electric vehicle charging station is available for your use. The house is set back from the road. Ground floor: 1 entryway, 1 separate half-bath, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (with double sinks, shower, and bathtub), 1 laundry room, 1 open-concept kitchen-dining-living room, 1 staircase leading to the garage, and 1 staircase leading to the upper floor. Upstairs: 1 spacious loft with a play area for children, 4 bedrooms, 1 separate toilet, 1 bathroom (double sink + shower). The house features 3 adult bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a crib (60 x 120 cm), and a walk-in closet, allowing you to store and organize all your belongings. The last two bedrooms each have 4 single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a walk-in closet as well. In the basement: 1 game room (foosball, pool table, basketball hoop, ping-pong table, darts, exercise bike...), 1 utility room for storing your bikes, kites, kitesurfing gear, paddleboards... Baby equipment is also available, FREE OF CHARGE: 3 high chairs, 3 cribs (60x120 cm), 1 travel crib, 1 baby bathtub, 2 potty chairs, toys, books... and more. Peace, quiet, and a friendly atmosphere reign in the neighborhood. The street is actually a dead-end with very little traffic, leading via a path surrounded by fields to the Abbaye Woods. It’s a very pleasant walk. Parties are prohibited inside the property. Smoking is also prohibited inside the house, as well as in the basement. Pet owners, please note that we are happy to welcome your four-legged friends (at no extra charge). Please note that pets are not allowed on the sofa, armchairs, or beds. Guest access All the rooms in the house and its entire exterior are available for your stay, with the exception of part of the basement.
