Condo walking distance to beach w/ luxe pool

Welcome to Cocomarindo! The trees around the complex are sometimes visited by monkeys, iguanas and other local wildlife as guests relax in our resort style pool. Gated community with 24/7 security. 1 bedroom, 1 bath. One queen bed with a pull out couch. The pull out couch will fit someone 5’5 (165cm) or shorter. 5-10 minute walk to beach, 15 minute walk to downtown Coco with plenty of shopping, bars, restaurants and salon. WiFi and TV, with laundry on site. The space Cocomarindo is a condominium with a mix of tourists and residential tenants. The pool is shared by guests but is so large that you’re able to enjoy some space to soak up the sun. Our condo is on the second floor with a shared balcony, but there is a table out front if you’d like to enjoy your morning coffee outside.
