Come share our little slice of paradise in the Missouri Ozarks: gardens, goats, chickens, ducks, and 2 new donkeys! 15 acres of woods with trails offer a peaceful walk. Without city noise and light pollution, stargazing is amazing. The guest house offers a full kitchen, living room , bedroom with walk-in closet and bath. Wi-Fi, Roku and W/D are included. We are close to national and state parks, several famous rivers for floating and other points of interest. The space This is a small homestead surrounded by other farms. You will see and hear livestock and wildlife. It is SO peaceful! If you'd like to interact with our critters, let me know. The goats are always up for more petting! Guest access The gate and door will be open for your arrival. Your personal electronic lock code and instructions will be on the counter. Other things to note We are 8 miles from Thayer, 10 from Alton. Grocery stores and restaurants are available in both and beyond, but it is advisable to pack in initial essentials. The drive from town is very scenic on winding hilly highways.
