$100 fee for pets. no swimming or motorized boats in the lake. located just 30 minutes south of Chattanooga Tennessee in the Foothills of the apalachian mountains sits one of our cute, brand new one bedroom one bath homes located directly on a small community lake. Queen bed, sleeps two, walk in shower. No fishing license needed! peaceful, serene and cozy. We have six other houses in this community if you have a group!
