It is a lower level walk-out with two French doors that lead to the back yard. The bedroom has a queen size bed, a closet with shelves, and an armoire with drawers and space for hanging clothes. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The laundry room has cleaning supplies and full-size stacked washer & dryer with a utility sink.
