Gorgeous condo at Fairways River Oaks. built around the River Oaks Golf Club grounds, just off international drive. *2nd floor (must climb stairs) *15 minuets drive from the beach and all main attractions. *Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Condo sleeps up to 4 guests. The space *2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, Cozy condo. *2 queen bed *Washer and dryer available in the unit. Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Dining area open to living room leads to the balcony. *Sheets and linens provided. * Free WiFi and cable TV available. *Pets are not allowed. *Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items. *Towels are provided for showers only. Guest access *The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. *Access the pool with wristbands (4 wristbands and parking tag are hanging in the hallway) All 4 Pool wristbands must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband) *No mailbox for this location. *Washer/dryer available in the unit. *Parking is available with parking tag only, please hang it in your vehicle. * motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.
