YOUR SPACE: This apartment includes a spacious living room with sectional sofa and additional comfy chair, separate dining room with table and 4 chairs, two tv trays and an extra chair to move into the living room for an additional seat. The dining room includes a desk can easily double as a workspace. A modern half bath is seamlessly tucked under the stairs. The space includes a fully-equipped kitchen with a complete coffee bar, a Keurig Duo, French press and tea kettle, assorted k-cups, ground coffee, hot chocolate, cider and assorted hot and iced beverage options. The French door refrigerator is equipped with a filtered water dispenser and the freezer has a built-in ice maker. The gas stove and oven are ideal for cooking and baking. The second level includes two spacious bedrooms, both equipped with TV’s and full bath with washer/dryer. Window air conditioners are provided in living room (remote control included in living room and main bedroom), and both upstairs bedrooms during summer months. AMENITIES: Complimentary amenities include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, make-up removers, feminine products, toothpaste and toothbrush, plenty of paper products, kitchen supplies include spices, oils, condiments, sugar, flour, oatmeal, cereal, pancake and waffle mix, waffle iron, toaster, air fryer, rice cooker, crock pot, pots/ pans and bakeware. TECHNOLOGY: This home has three smart tv's (55” in living room) and one in each bedroom for you to hook up to your streaming accounts. The wifi information is posted in the house as well as the welcome binder. The high speed wifi connection allows for seamless streaming and provides excellent capability to connect computers/devices and gaming. OUTDOOR SPACE: Spacious porch to enjoy your morning coffee and evening cocktails is a perfect space to gather in front of the house. The porch is a definite guest favorite! The neighborhood is quiet, friendly and peaceful. GUEST ACCESS: Entire space plus amenities are included in this apartment.
