The space We are situated on an 11-acre farm property with forest path, gardens and greenhouse. The property is located alongside Lermond Pond, with public kayak and canoe access. We live in a friendly and safe neighborhood. People often walk their dogs on the 3 mile rural loop lined with stone walls and active farms. Although we are rural, we are just 15 minutes from the coast. Guest access The guest area is completely private and fenced in. Guests are welcome to tour the farm and inquire about herbal products and speak to the host and her family. Other things to note All running water comes to a sheltered outdoor kitchen and outdoor shower. There is no running water inside the cabin itself. It is stocked with a water dispenser. The toilet is an indoor waterless composting toilet. This cabin is 3-season. That is, the water lines are shut down in the winter and it is heated with a wood stove.
