Your private access includes: 🛶 Waterfront Living: Direct lake access with a private dock for swimming, fishing, or launching the provided canoe and kayaks (seasonal). Casa Del Capo is professionally cleaned and sanitized after every checkout to ensure a spotless stay. 🔥 Infrared Sauna The private full-spectrum infrared sauna is available year-round for guest use. Please allow 15-30 minutes to preheat before entering and use towels provided. Enjoy responsibly and avoid water inside the sauna. 🐾 Pets • Pets welcome with prior approval ($69 fee per stay). • Property is not fenced – please keep pets on a leash or long lead. • Guests must clean up after pets (⚠️ $25 fee if waste is left). • More than two pets may require an additional fee – confirm before booking. 🔒 Safety & Access • Upstairs mechanical room and black front storage shed are locked for maintenance and safety. • Fire pit must be used responsibly and fully extinguished after each use. • Ring doorbell and exterior security cameras monitor entry points only. • NoiseAware sensors detect noise levels (no audio recording). • No cameras or recording devices are inside the home. 🌿 Outdoor Care You may occasionally see a caretaker maintaining the property (e.g., lawn care, snow removal, pest control).
