The garden is fenced and screened by a privacy wall and cypresses, with a wooden hammock, sun loungers, lounge seating and an outdoor shower on a wooden platform: coffee in the morning, a rinse after the beach, a glass of wine at sunset. Smoking is fine out here, never indoors. 🍽️ Two terraces The front terrace has a dinner table for six. The second terrace has its own table and bench seating, so there is always a place in the sun or in the shade. 🏠 Inside, all on one level • Living room: sofa bed with a topper (good for children or a friend), 75" Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video and Apple TV, sound system, game console, board games and books • Custom-made CREO kitchen: induction hob, oven with microwave function, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso, kettle, toaster and blender, plus a round dining table for four • Bedroom 1: king bed (160x200), mirrored wardrobe, desk, safe, blackout curtains, 60" TV and sliding doors to the garden terrace • Bedroom 2: a single bed with a pull-out second single, work table, 60" TV and room-darkening shades • Bathroom with rainfall shower, bidet, hair dryer and our own NR12 shampoo, conditioner and body soap • Washer and dryer in the apartment, iron and drying rack • Air conditioning and heating, plus a powerful turbo fan • 343 Mbps fibre Wi-Fi with an Ethernet port, for remote work or streaming 👶 Travelling with children A crib or travel cot and a clamp-on high chair on request; window guards and outlet covers are fitted. Free on request: baby bath, changing station, baby monitor, children's dinnerware, toys, books and a stroller. Tell us before arrival and it will be ready. We can also recommend a babysitter. 🏖️ For the beach On stays of 3+ nights: a parasol, microfiber towels and a cool bag with freezer elements to borrow, and a jute beach bag to keep. Guest access The whole apartment, its garden and both terraces are yours alone; nothing inside is shared. AZULIS at Via Pisano 16 is a 2025 residence of nine apartments. Shared with the other residents: the gated car park, the entrance, the ground-floor hall and the lift. Cameras cover the car park, the building entrance, the ground-floor hall and the lift; there are none inside the apartment. 🅿️ Parking One free space in the gated car park on the premises, plus free street parking outside. Via Pisano is outside the ZTL, so you can drive straight to the gate. 🔑 Self check-in with Vikey Vikey is a link that opens in your phone's browser, no app needed. Italian law requires guest registration first: the link arrives at least 8 hours before check-in, and you upload your ID and a selfie holding it. After your first entry we send the key-safe code, so you can use a key if you prefer. The path to the entrance is lit at night. 🕓 Check-in after 16:00, check-out by 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out whenever the schedule allows; just ask. Other things to note 📍 About the location This is a quiet residential district, not the old town. Viale Aldo Moro, with its shops, supermarkets and cafés, is 5 minutes on foot and the Saturday farmers' market is a short walk. The old town and the harbour are 2 km away: 5 minutes by car or taxi, about 25 on foot. Parco Fausto Noce, the big park, is about 20 minutes on foot. No supermarket run on day one. 🧼 Housekeeping Stays of 6 nights or more get a complimentary mid-stay clean with fresh linen and towels, then every 4 nights.
