We are offering our beautiful home this summer for families to enjoy. Bring the whole family, there is lots of room for fun in the beautiful 20x40 pool with diving board. After a day of swimming watch a movie on the 86 inch TV with surround sound it feels just like being at the movie theater. Go visit the Henry Doorly Zoo, enjoy shopping at Village Point or catch a few College World Series Baseball Games. The space * Open Memorial Day - Labor Day Large 20x40 private heated saltwater pool with diving board /Beach Towels provided. * Fenced and beautifully landscaped backyard. * Large patio with outdoor furniture and pellet grill. * Located in West Omaha a few blocks from Village Point shopping and grocery stores. * Fully stocked kitchen with coffee maker and coffee included. * Family Friendly community with neighborhood parks. * 86 inch TV perfect for family movies and plenty of board games for all ages. * In home washer and dryer. * Self Check-in * 20 minutes to the Henry Doorly Zoo & downtown, 25 minutes to Omaha airport. Guest access Guests will have full access to the property except for the master closet, 3 storage closets in the basement and the garage. Other things to note *No parties allowed this is a family friendly neighborhood. Quiet time between 10pm and 9am. * The home sleeps 10 comfortably but guest may request 2 queen air mattress and bedding to accommodate 4 additional guests. For the safety of our guests and home, we have exterior Ring cameras located at the front entrance and in the backyard near the pool. These cameras are used for security purposes only and do not monitor any indoor areas.
