You’ll be only minutes from restaurants, parks, and the airport. This home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, Smart TV with Roku. Each bedroom has a queen bed and dresser or storage. The home is older and has radiant heat in each bedroom, living, dining and bath rooms. All windows have wooden blinds and/or curtains. The bathroom has a tub and shower, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is a hair dryer and curling iron also available. There is an attic space and basement but both of these areas are not currently available to guests just yet. We're in a work in progress. :) The living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, bath and two bedrooms, one with walk in closet and small office space are all currently available to guests. Just a few blocks away from downtown Riverton on a tree lined street (Adams) Easily walk to Main Street and go window shopping, dine out or go see a movie. A few blocks from Main Street, or Federal Blvd, the two main ways into Riverton. The best parking can be found in the back alley. Enough parking for two vehicles easily. The mostly fenced back yard is for use of the guests. There is outdoor seating, eating area and BBQing. One side fence has not been replaced but at some point soon will be and then the yard will be completely fenced in.
